Authorities are searching for a third man wanted in connection with two home invasions in Stowe Township that occurred early Wednesday morning.
The first occurred about 3:10 a.m., and two people were in the home at the time of the incident. One person was assaulted and shots were fired from a semi-automatic rifle, although no one was struck, police said.
While responding to the scene, Kennedy Township police spotted a black Nissan sedan speeding away from the area with three males inside. After a brief pursuit the vehicle crashed near Forest Grove Sportsmen’s Club, and two men fled on foot, while the vehicle crashed after rolling down a hill.
A short time later police arrested 21-year-old Justin Bryant. Two firearms were also found in the vehicle.
Around 7 a.m., Robinson Township police responded to another attempted home invasion on Ewings Mills Road and took 20-year-old Deandre Williams into custody. He was connected to the earlier home invasion through evidence collected by police.
The two men are facing charges of aggravated assault, robbery, burglary, conspiracy, receiving stolen property, theft, discharging a firearm in an occupied structure, flight to avoid prosecution, criminal trespass, recklessly endangering another person, impersonating a public servant and criminal mischief.
Police have not released the name of the third suspect.
