A Monroeville woman’s ex-boyfriend is suing her, alleging in court papers that she shared intimate photos of him with his employer and others after he broke up with her in November.

John Kluber, of Mineral Wells, Texas, filed the lawsuit in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court Tuesday afternoon against Michelle Relich and is seeking close to $100,000 in damages.

The complaint said that on Nov. 23, Relich sent private text messages and intimate photographs to Kluber’s boss and approximately 15 others, in violation of Pennsylvania law that makes it unlawful to share intimate photographs of a person without their permission.Screenshot_20181219-163720

Kluber alleged he has suffered a loss of personal and professional reputation, anxiety, stress, humiliation, and economic harm, as a result of Relich sharing the images.

Relich did not respond to a message sent to her via Facebook seeking comment.
