State police on Tuesday charged a 49-year-old gym coach with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl numerous times in 2010.
According to a criminal complaint, William K. Bosley Jr., is a former trainer at the Uniontown Fight Club where the then 15-year-old teen trained in 2010.
The teen told police in a Dec. 10 interview that Bosley began texting her sexual messages a few days after she joined the gym. In less than a month the two were having sex in Bosley’s car and also in the gym, the complaint said.
In return for sex Bosley provided extra training and also put the teen, who is now 23, on lists to fight and provided other preferential treatment, police alleged in the complaint.
According to police the woman came forward after learning Bosley was recently charged with sexually assaulting another teen. In that case, which is sealed, Bosley is facing 96 counts of statutory sexual assault and other charges.
Bosley is facing eight counts each of statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person younger than 16, unlawful sexual contact with a minor and corruption of minors, along with seven counts of criminal use of a communication device.
Bosley is in the Fayette County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bond and is scheduled to appear for a Dec. 19 preliminary hearing.
